These holidays accomodations are available all the year round :

                      One country cottage is situated at the top of the village, where the sheep track begins, and is also by the river Rieumalet.( ref.GML 19)

                      The other cottages (ref.MCE 43) are situated by the river Tarn ( 1/2 hour from the Tarn gorges ) at the foot of  Mount Lozere (1700 m) in the heart of the Cevennes National Park.

                        This rural location is 500 m from Pont de Montvert village, this village has 3 bridges, and is of historical interest  for it is where the Camisards war began in 1702.

                         The Chastel  country cottages are superbly situated at the crossroad of several " grande randonnée " paths ( a network of paths which criss-cross the french countryside , and much-loved by serious walkers such as:

                      - GR. 70, GR. 68 ( circuit around  Mont Lozere ),  GR. 72, GR. 7, and Stevenson's path, and are able to accomodate groups (up to 50 people), families and walkers.
